For getting a car on short notice, Dan handled everything very well. Paperwork process was a breeze and made it fun in the meantime. I traded in my 2014 Ram express 1500 on a 2021 Ram at Ganley Chrysler of aurora, I wish I hadn't. In hindsight, the trade value they gave me was terrible at least 2000.00 less than the Blue Book value. Within the first hour of getting the truck and sliding on a wet street I went to two tire stores and needed new tires, I called the dealer and they said the wear was acceptable. Out of state PA consumer here took a chance and had a 2022 used Mitsubishi Outlander delivered from Ken Ganley Ohio dealership with windshield damage. The SUV minus the windshield is beautiful and I got a good price. The interest rate about 7% with tier 1 credit) but that’s to be expected in the current market for many dealerships. GM Cole committed to make the windshield issue right and reimburse me for replacement. Staff named Brandon was polite and helpful throughout the buying process. and I will give 5 stars/update my review once windshield is replaced and I am reimbursed.
The first impression that I had received was just how friendly the team was. General manager along with the service manager were quite knowledgeable,answering all of my concerns. I have been very impressed by the whole process of buying my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

My whole experience was good. I spoke with my salesperson over the phone a couple times, and then the sales manager. We came to an agreement and I came in 2 days later and drove off in me new vehicle. It was really easy.
Brought my vehicle in for repairs. The total owed was a little more than I had anticipated but the cashier, Susan, helped with applying for a card. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The employs really made it a great place to go.

I’m surprised to see anything above a one star. The service department is terrible. The service manager lies and doesn’t return phone calls, still waiting 48 hours later! They aren’t all for the customer as they say. I will never step foot in that place or recommend to anyone ever again. Worst dealership service I’ve ever dealt with!!!

I purchased my vehicle in Mid-July 2023. Worked with Don Hull. The initial experience was okay. However once the purchase was complete and I experienced a couple of issues with the car the story changed. No sense of urgency to address or resolve the reported issues. now 2 months since taking delivery, I regret this purchase and regret going to this dealer. Should have stuck with Ford.
We had one of the best buying experiences at Ken Ganley of Aurora with our recent pre-owned vehicle purchase. This was a recall problem.Had to wait a month for parts.Was scheduled for 7:30 AM and didn't get an up date at 1:00 we asked for an ETA and 2:30 we got not quite ready yet.We called at 4:00 and they said still an hour.Were worried about what time they closed.Lucky it was a late day.They had trouble with the repair and I understand that but it would be nice to know it would be late.

I ordered a car part online. They canceled my order. This is not a problem if they refund the purchase. Is October 5th and no refund. I will dispute the charge. I believe this is how they handle all their business. No customer service, no communication, take your money and try to screw you.

Mr. John Beaver was super helpful, nice and courteous, he let us take a longer test drive, told the truth and gave us an honest answer when we asked the hard questions.
